We begin with courses in two areas: (1) people skills & management (applicable in all industries) and (2) procurement & commercial skills in construction.

In the UK, we are facing a chronic skills shortage that extends beyond immediate needs; forecasts indicate that this gap will only widen as demand for skilled professionals continues to grow in the coming years. Whether you want to upskill, enhance your personal and management capabilities, or enter the industry for the first time, our courses offer a solid foundation for your career development.
Construction courses
We offer courses covering subjects such as procurement (public and private), bid writing and management, contract assessment, risk management, and commercial management. We also assist technical staff in acquiring or improving procurement and/or commercial skills. We are with you from inception to the final account.
Skills courses suitable for all professions and industries
We offer courses which enable the learner to tackle a wide range of subjects, from presentation skills to management styles, participating in meetings to running meetings as an effective manager, delegating tasks to improving on your strengths, and tacking poor performance to giving performance reviews.
We'll work with you
We understand that organisations prefer to manage their own internal training. That's why we're excited to offer customised courses that fit your specific requirements and a user management portal that enables you to assign user accounts within your organisation. Additionally, we provide special pricing on annual user accounts, which you can easily allocate and reallocate as needed.

How do I sign up?
As soon as you join Learn Com... by MACLEE TOSH, you will be automatically enrolled in our school. If, for any reason, you are unable to log into your account, please contact our support team via email.
How can I choose my courses?
Upon full launch, we will offer a variety of learning paths to purchase, designed to accommodate diverse budgets and educational requirements. Over the next year, we will keep adding high quality courses to our library and once we have enough courses published, we will look towards launching an affordable subscription model.
Why are you having a soft launch?
Creating new courses and updating our current ones for the new hosting platform takes some time. We’d love for you to sign up using the button below so we can keep you updated on new course offerings as we get closer to our launch cycle!
Why do some of your courses have an AI voice?
Our courses are entirely developed by human experts, with no AI involvement in the creation process. However, we utilise text-to-speech algorithms for course narration based on scripts we have authored during the course development. This approach guarantees consistency and clarity in the delivery of our courses.
